We offer al a carte options or A to Z service. We contribute our success to having value-add vision and developing efficient system to execute our strategies. Our staff includes in house project management, property maintenance, property management, leasing, sales and acquisitions. Having all these processes in-house allows us to control our costs, quality and efficiency. Our goal is not to be the largest company but to provide the most value for a select group of clients.


Our system is built to purchase quality investments in quantity. Our deals come to us through relationships we have built in the real estate community and from old fashion in the trenches bird dogging. In the real estate community we have a reputation for being real, easy to work with and closing on deals which drives opportunities our way.

The goal of our project management team is to add to the value of a property at a fraction of the cost. We work with several contractors to get competitive bids and provide transparency to our clients. Having in house project management gives us control of a project and helps get a job done on time and on budget.

leasing and property management:

Having in house leasing and property management is the backbone of our business. Maintaining an assets physical condition and having hands on control of its performance is the difference between expectations and results. Where many real estate companies choose to outsource property management we see it as our opportunity to live up to our “under promise and over deliver” mantra.


Our professional approach equates to a stress free experience and exceptional results. Our sales team is diligent, creative and efficient. Each property we sell is analyzed independently in conjunction with current market conditions to come up with the best marketing strategy that will yield the most profitable results. Michael Mincberg
President of Sight Real Estate:

Originally from Washington DC Michael has been a Tampa resident since 2002 and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in business management and a minor in leadership studies. He acquired his real estate license in 2004 and has had a plethora of experiences in varying extreme market conditions. Michael managed one of the top real estate brokerages in the area and in 2008 decided to start his own company specializing in investment real estate. Since then he has built a reputation for finding deals and executing profitable strategies which has attracted clients that include prominent entrepreneurs, professional athletes, private equity firms and publicly trades companies. Michael approaches every day with the mentality that there is so much to learn and believe the keys to his success are his work ethic, character and creative strategies.
Thomas King
VP of Sales and Acquisitions:
Thomas personifies everything about a great salesman, his combination of ambition and integrity is truly unique. Since graduating from the University of South Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business Thomas has been working with Michael Mincberg starting as an intern and since has overachieved every sales goal exceeding several million dollars in sales. He has tremendous experience and knowledge when it comes to market conditions, values and strategic negotiations. His positive attitude and get it done mentality has been the back bone for Sight Real Estate’s sales and acquisitions growth.
Mike Rivera
VP Accounting and Operations:
Since a young age Mike has embodied what it means to have a strong work ethic. He started his first job at age 14 for a manufacturing firm in his home state of Connecticut and held the job throughout college at Central Connecticut State University where he earned a degree in accounting. Post college Mike became a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut and took a job with Grant Thornton, the sixth largest accounting firm in the country which is what brought him to the Tampa area. Mike has added tremendous value to Sight Real Estate through his work ethic and accounting skills overseeing all accounts and operations.
